Welcome to our website. Synthetism Pty Ltd was formed in late 2013 and began trading in January 2014.
The business was established by Rob Bebbington, an experienced human resource practitioner and consultant who, after 15 years working in human resource management roles in large corporate businesses, made a transition to consulting and has developed a reputation and significant track record of shaping the right solutions for clients.

Initially with the Cullen Egan Dell business where he quickly became one of a small General Management team, he remained with the business following its acquisition by Mercer Australia Pty Ltd in 1998, initially as a Principal, then Senior Principal and ultimately Partner.
In more than 20 years of consulting, Rob, despite his private sector background, had developed an affinity for the public sector and NGO organisations, assisting many organisations with reform processes as they implemented policies, frameworks and systems aimed at enhancing performance and service levels for their stakeholders. His record includes substantial organisation design delivery, design and implementation of frameworks for defining capability, performance and contribution, classification and reward strategy, accountability mapping and review, workforce right-sizing and benchmarking, and selection strategy. He has consulted to a diverse range of private sector companies, most public service jurisdictions at both whole-of-government and agency levels, and a diverse range of NGO and not-for-profit organisations.
