Rob is a highly experienced human resource management practitioner, with 15 years private sector experience in senior management roles in retailing, manufacturing and chemical industries, followed by more than 20 years in consulting. His time in consulting has included roles at the Principal and Partner levels, with responsibility for geographical markets, industry sectors and as Business Leader for Mercer's Human Capital consulting practice in Australia. In late 2013, Rob established Synthetism in order that he might focus on particular clients and projects, where his experience and skill set could best add value.

Madonna has over 30 years experience in human resources including operational delivery, site-based HR management, specialist roles, and senior executive level appointments. Her experience includes roles in manufacturing, sales and distribution, retail, financial services, media and publication, and not-for-profit sectors. Madonna is now a Director of Synthetism Pty Ltd with a keen interest in job design, workload analysis, accountability mapping, and performance evaluation.
